Laba Garlic

Garlic: Grilled, wash-use a knife to cut off a small piece of garlic

Put it in a canned bottle-put old vinegar without garlic

Add a small wine cup of white wine and the same amount of white rice vinegar

Put it in a place close to the heating, you can eat it in a day and a half.
Tips:
1. As shown in step 5, the half-green and half-white garlic is because I didn't use a knife to cut off the tip of the garlic, so that the vinegar can only penetrate from the root of the garlic.
2. Putting in wine will accelerate the penetration of vinegar, and it will be more fragrant with rice vinegar
3. Put it next to the heater to speed up the development process
