Laba Garlic

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash your hands and dry them, and then peel off the skin of each garlic clove (can't wash it with water).

Cut off the garlic edges.
4.
Place the peeled garlic cloves in a sealable container.

Pour the vinegar into the jar. The amount of vinegar is about the same as the garlic cloves.
6.
After soaking for about 7 days, you can see that about half of the garlic starts to turn green.
Tips:
To make Laba garlic, the garlic should be dry. If there is moisture on the surface of the garlic, it will easily deteriorate during the soaking process.
