Laba garlic is a traditional delicacy. Since childhood, my mother has pickled laba garlic on Laba day. When she eats dumplings during the New Year, she will take the laba garlic in a bowl and eat dumplings. It is very fragrant. My finished picture looks like it has been marinated for two weeks.
