Laba Garlic

Split the purple garlic head and soak after washing
2.
Peel off the skin, clean it, and wipe off the surface moisture
3.
Use a knife to trim off the top of the garlic cloves one by one
4.
Put the garlic cloves into clean glassware
5.
Add unprepared rice vinegar
6.
Seal the bottle tightly and store at low temperature until all garlic cloves turn green and ready to eat
