Lace Custard
1.
First prepare: find an empty bottle of mineral water and pierce 4~5 small holes in the bottle cap; (it doesn’t need to be so porous, I use it for watering the flowers, so there are more holes)
2.
Weigh the flour and set aside (you can sift in advance)
3.
120 grams of milk reserved;
4.
Stir one egg, add half of the milk and flour first; (add it in portions for easy mixing)
5.
Then stir well;
6.
Then continue to add the remaining milk and flour, and continue to mix evenly;
7.
Then pass the stirred egg liquid through a sieve; (so that the bottle hole will not be blocked when squeezed, and the finished product will be more beautiful)
8.
Pour the sieved egg liquid into the mineral water bottle;
9.
Use kitchen paper towels to lightly grease the non-stick pan with oil, then squeeze out the egg liquid in the bottle into a hollow shape, and fry on low heat until the egg liquid is solidified;
10.
Put the fried hollow omelet on the plate, and stack each two in a group;
11.
Then roll it up with the plain side outwards, and then fry the remaining omelet. Finally, the rolled omelet is divided into two from the middle, remove the burrs, and squeeze the ketchup to start eating!
Tips:
The flour can be plain flour or low-gluten flour!
