Simple and fast egg pancakes, delicious and beautiful! Come for breakfast and I will feel beautiful all day long!

1. First prepare: find an empty bottle of mineral water and pierce 4~5 small holes in the bottle cap; (it doesn’t need to be so porous, I use it for watering the flowers, so there are more holes)

7. Then pass the stirred egg liquid through a sieve; (so that the bottle hole will not be blocked when squeezed, and the finished product will be more beautiful)

8. Pour the sieved egg liquid into the mineral water bottle;

9. Use kitchen paper towels to lightly grease the non-stick pan with oil, then squeeze out the egg liquid in the bottle into a hollow shape, and fry on low heat until the egg liquid is solidified;

Tips:

The flour can be plain flour or low-gluten flour!
