Lady Blood Cake

Prepare the ingredients (forgot to take the flour).

Soak the black rice overnight in advance.

Soak the jujube overnight in advance.

Core the jujube.

Boil the jujube in water for 10 minutes and cook until soft. Put the jujube soup into the cooking machine and make a puree.

The black rice is put into the grinder and pulverized.

Add black rice and baking powder and stir.

Add the flour and mix well.

Pour into the mold, 7 to 8 minutes full.

Tips:
1 The black rice must be soaked in advance, otherwise it will not be cooked properly and will have a hard core, which is not good for the stomach and intestines.
2 The amount of flour added can be adjusted according to the thinness of the batter.
3 The baking time depends on the condition of your own oven. You can insert a toothpick into the cake. If there is no wet batter sticking to it, it will prove to be ready.
