🐞ladybug Rice Ball🐞
1.
The rice is steamed, take a small bowl of rice,
2.
Add the red amaranth juice and mix well. The well-mixed rice is still very sticky. It’s not the kind of rice that’s self-serving or the soup’s own soup. So how much vegetable juice you add, mothers have to figure it out by themselves, because everyone’s stewed rice is different, right? . If you don't have red amaranth, you can use soy sauce or beetroot. Regarding how to get the juice: You can fry a plate of amaranth and pour out the soup. You can also use a food processor to smash and filter to extract the juice, and then boil it for use.
3.
Take a small bowl, brush some oil on the wall of the bowl to prevent sticking, put half a bowl of rice, put in the floss, fill it with the rice, and then compact it. Leave about two bites of rice to make the ladybug's head, don't run out!
4.
Pour the rice out of the bowl.
5.
Pinch two pillows with your hands to make the ladybug's head as shown in the figure
6.
Cut a round seaweed to wrap the head of the ladybug, as shown in the picture
7.
Use a chocolate pen to draw a line in the middle of the rice, and then cut 7 round seaweeds (why 7? Because of the seven-star ladybug) You can also cut a lot of them and stick them on the ladybugs separately (pictured)
8.
Cut two 9s to make the antennae of the ladybug, making it longer (as shown in the picture)
9.
Cut 6 little feet (pictured) and decorate the eyes with two grains of rice, you are done
