Lamb's Tail Bamboo Shoots Mixed with Parsley

1. Ingredients: Parsley

2. Lamb tail bamboo shoots

3. Sesame oil

4. Tear open the lamb tail bamboo shoots into a large bowl.

5. Add cold water and soak it (remove some of the salt).

6. Remove the old leaves and roots of parsley, wash and remove.

7. Cut into sections on the chopping board.

8. Then, remove the soaked lamb tail bamboo shoots, put them on the cutting board and cut into sections, set aside.

9. Then, lower the chopped parsley into boiling water, blanch it, and pick it up.

10. Use cold boiled water to cool too much.

11. Remove the dry water.

12. Then, combine the cut lamb tail bamboo shoots, add some chicken essence and sesame oil.

13. Mix well and serve.
