Lamb and Tomato Stew with Soybeans

Lamb bones are blanched to remove blood.

Add water to the pot, add pepper aniseed ginger slices and bay leaves.

Put the sheep bones in the bloodless water. Cook for 40 minutes.

Cut the meat from the sheep bones.
5.
The tomatoes are in the juice and the soybeans are soaked.
6.
Put the soybeans and tomato juice in a pot and cook on medium heat until the soybeans are soft and rotten.

Serve and sprinkle with coriander.
