Lamb and Vegetable Braised Rice

Add the rice to half of the usual cooking water and soak for a while.

Cut the leg of lamb into small thumb-sized cubes with a knife, and cut the carrot, onion, and potato into small pieces with a knife.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, heat up, add the leg of lamb and stir fry.

Add vegetables and continue to stir fry.

Add cumin powder and stir fry.

Stir-fry until some water comes out of the vegetables, add a little salt and fuel oil and continue to stir-fry.

After cooking, pour the soup and water into the rice cooker where you just soaked the rice.

Put in a handful of raisins, stir well, close the lid, and start the steaming program.

When the rice is steamed, remove the lid and leave it open for a while.
