Lamb Carrot and Enoki Mushroom Rice

Spread a little vegetable oil on the bottom of the pot and wash the rice.

Enlarge rice on the bottom layer, enoki mushrooms on the second layer, carrots on the top layer, and add some salt. Just enter the right amount of water, just slightly under the rice. Put it in the rice cooker and start cooking.

After simmering the rice, add a small amount of light soy sauce and let it be stuffy for a while. You can eat it.
