Lamb Chops Hand Pilaf

Cut the fresh lamb chops into sections, wash and soak the rice

Potatoes, carrots, onions, cut into small pieces for later use

Heat oil, stir fry the pepper aniseed and take it out, add ginger slices, and stir fry the lamb chops

Fry the lamb chops until you add onions as shown in the picture, then fry for a while and add diced tomatoes

Tips:
Lamb chops will get oily after being fried. If you don’t like it, you can pour out the oil and then stir-fry the onion.
