Ingredients

Lamb Curry Rice Noodles

1. Put a proper amount of vermicelli in cold water and boil it for three to five minutes, filter it twice with cold water, remove it and set aside

2. Saute the garlic and chili, add diced lamb and carrots after the aroma comes out, stir-fry

3. Add onion chunks and continue to stir fry

4. Add curry, salt, a small amount of water, stir fry

5. Pour the rice noodles into the pot and stir fry evenly
