Lamb in Casserole
1.
Boil water in a pot, add ginger slices and wine.

Add the lamb meat to blanch it.
3.
Scoop up the lamb meat in cold water
4.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic cloves and sauté.

Add the blanched lamb meat and sauté until fragrant.

Add lemon leaves
7.
Saute the lamb and add soy sauce
8.
Add cumin and other spices
9.
Add water to boil
10.
Transfer to a casserole and simmer for 15 minutes
11.
Turn off the heat and set the dish after simmering enough time
Tips:
When lamb is blanched, ginger and wine must be put in the pot to remove the smell.
