Lamb Intestines

Add yogurt, sugar, a twelve of flax oil, yeast, baking powder to the hot water, and stir evenly to make the noodles (the steps used to make the noodles were made before, and the method of operation is the same, so the specifics are not made today)

Pour in the yeast water to make a very soft and soft dough! (One catty of flour uses about six taels of water, and yogurt is also included)

Knead some baking soda together, let it rise for a while, and roll it out into a thick dough with big fingers
