Ribs (cleaned)

Tear the lamb tail bamboo shoots, soak them in clean water (remove some salt) and set aside.

Put the cooked pork belly on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

Remove the soaked lamb tail bamboo shoots, place them on a cutting board and cut open, set aside.

Lower the cleaned ribs into a pot of clean water, blanch the ginger slices, and remove.

Put the blanched ribs in a pressure cooker and add the cut lamb tail bamboo shoots.
