Stir-fried Edamame with Lamb Tail and Bamboo Shoots

Ingredients: edamame, lamb's tail bamboo shoots (soaked in water to remove a part of the salty taste)

Peel the edamame, wash it, and set aside.

Tear the soaked lamb tail bamboo shoots open, cut into sections on a cutting board, and set aside.

Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pot to heat, add the panned edamame and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water to a boil and cook until the edamame is cooked and soft.

Then, combine the cut lamb tail bamboo shoots and stir fry.

Finally, add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.

Add 0.5 scoop of MSG.

Seasoning and stir-fry well, ready to go.
