Corn Lamb's Tail Bamboo Shoots Trotters Soup

Ingredients: trotters (washed and blanched), corn (washed and cut), lamb's tail bamboo shoots (soaked in water, part of the salty taste is removed)

Put the soaked lamb tail bamboo shoots on the cutting board and cut open.

Afterwards, put the blanched pig's trotter, chopped sweet corn and lamb's tail bamboo shoots into the pressure cooker.
