It’s been a long time since I’ve been cooking. I made claypot rice this time. Someone just sent a box of Cantonese sausages to try the taste!

Ingredients

Lame Claypot Rice

1. Soak the rice for about an hour after washing

2. Soak the vegetables in salt water for a while to remove pesticides

3. Cut the sausage and set aside

4. Add a pint of fresh, steamed and eat fish oil, oyster sauce, a little sugar

5. Brush the bottom of the pot with oil, pour the rice, add a little oil and add a little salt, and stir well

6. Boil on high heat until the water is almost dry

7. After placing the sausages, add a little oil to the pot and continue to simmer

8. Add oil to the pot

9. Pour part of the juice in the pot

10. Cook the vegetables and put them in the pot

11. Put the greens in the pot

12. Finally, beat the eggs into the pot and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Tips:

When adjusting the juice, it will be less salty, otherwise it will be salty!
