Lame Claypot Rice

Prepare 1 bowl of rice and 1 bowl of long glutinous rice. Soak the glutinous rice in water for 30 minutes. You can also soak the rice in advance (rice to water ratio is 1:1, glutinous rice to water ratio is 2:1). Also prepare sausages. Like to add bacon

Wash the kale, add water to a boil in a small soup pot, add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, add a little salt, add the kale and boil it, and put the cooked kale on top of the rice. Fry the egg into the shape of a sun egg and put it on top of the rice together with the kale; make a small bowl of drenching sauce. You need soy sauce, white wine, and sugar to make a salty and sweet sauce. Then bring the sauce to a boil, and finally pour it. On top of the rice

Add the rice, long glutinous rice and water to the pot, then put the sausages, cook with the rice, move the pot to the fire, simmer slowly, simmer for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 15 minutes

After cooking, slice the sausage and arrange it on top of the rice. Put the kale and fried egg on top, and just add the boiled sauce.
