Lamei Taro Claypot

Defrost homemade sausages, bacon and cured duck legs. (I put it in the refrigerator after drying it and keep it in the refrigerator.)

Slice the sausage, bacon, and chop the cured duck leg into pieces.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the lavender and sauté.

Add the chopped taro and stir fry.
5.
Add 500ml of water and boil it until the taro is fully cooked, and the chopsticks can be easily inserted.
6.
Just sprinkle with chopped green onion. Lap-mei already has a salty taste, so there is no need to add salt.
7.
Put it in a casserole and serve.
