Laoganma Ham and Egg Fried Rice

A plate of rice overnight.

Mince ham, cut garlic sprouts into small pieces, and two spoonfuls of Laoganma.

Add two spoons of Lao Gan Ma and stir fry evenly.

Tips:
1. It is recommended to use Thai rice cooked with fragrant rice, and keep it fresh overnight in the refrigerator. The fried rice will taste dry and distinct.
2. After all the ingredients are in the pot, stir-fry over high heat, and fry until the rice is hot. It will not take a long time to fry. The color of this fried rice is better with soy sauce.
