Laoganma Ham Fried Rice Noodles

Prepare ingredients.

The rice noodles are softened with boiling water.

Slice ham and shiitake mushrooms, and shred carrots.
Cut garlic sprouts into small pieces

Put oil in the pot, add garlic sprouts and carrots.

After the carrots are sautéed, add the mushrooms and ham

When the shiitake mushrooms are sautéed, add the greens and stir fry a few times.

Add the soaked rice noodles.
8.
Season with salt, black pepper powder and Lao Gan Ma.
Stir-fry with chopsticks a few times, stir-fry and serve.
