Laoganma Roasted Tofu

1. Cut the tofu into small pieces, soak in water and remove.

2. Cut the ginger garlic and millet pepper.

3. Add salt, cooking wine, and taste very fresh to the minced meat and marinate for a while.

4. Add 1 scoop of starch and water to make water starch for later use.

5. Add water to a boil in a pot, add tofu cubes to a boil, remove and drain the water.
