Laoganma Roasted Tofu

The amount of tofu is about one plate per pound, and Lao Gan Ma is from Tao Huabi.

Laoganma 2 scoops for spare.
3.
Cut the tofu into long cubes.
4.
Fry the tofu in oil heat for a while.
5.
Deep-fried until golden brown, not easy to rot when fried.
6.
Add chopped green onion, salt, chicken essence, and old godmother.
7.
Stir-fry for about 3 minutes until the tofu is evenly flavored and colored.
