Laotang Stewed Edamame

Wash the red dates and soak them in cold water.

Wash the edamame.

Cut off both ends of the edamame. To facilitate the taste.

Pour the marinade into the inner pot of the rice cooker.

Wash the red dates again and put them into the inner pot of the rice cooker.

Put the edamame into the inner pot of the rice cooker.

Stir evenly, put the inner pot into the rice cooker, close the lid, and cook.

Cook until the edamame is 9 minutes cooked, add some salt.

Continue to cook until the edamame is cooked, then marinate for a while and enjoy.
Tips:
1. Cut off both ends of edamame, add more flavor, and cook faster.
2. Marinade seasonings are added according to personal taste and physical condition.
3. After the edamame is cooked, let it marinate for more time in the marinade to make the edamame taste better.
