Laoya Corn Soup

Prepare corn, duck, and ingredients

Duck meat blanched for later use
3.
Wash the corn and cut into pieces
4.
Put the duck meat and herbs in the pot
5.
Put in the right amount of water and boil it for an hour and a half
6.
Then add corn and boil for half an hour
7.
After boiling it, add some salt and chicken powder

it is done
Tips:
1. First blanch the duck meat to remove its smell, add the medicinal materials and add an appropriate amount of water at a time, not add it halfway, to dilute the taste
2. After the soup is boiled on a high fire, remove the blood foam, fat and oil, and the soup will be lighter, oily but not greasy.
3. Boil for at least two hours, don’t be lazy, otherwise the soup is not good enough
