Laoya Flat Tip Soup

Prepare the ingredients

Knotted shallots, prepare ginger slices and goji berries

The old duck and ham are blanched in a pot under cold water and then picked up and washed

Cut the ham into slices, tear off the flat tip and soak some of the salty taste in water, then wash and pick up

Add the old duck, ham slices, and flat tips to the electric pressure cooker and add water

Add sliced ginger, spring onion, cooking wine

Cover and press for 30 minutes

After exhausting the gas, open it and try the taste. If the taste is not enough, you can add salt to taste, I didn’t add it.

Sprinkle with goji berries and serve
Tips:
1. The old duck is not easy to stew and crisp, and using a pressure cooker to stew soup can reduce the stewing time.
2. The flat-pointed bamboo shoots and ham are both salty. Soak them in advance to remove some saltiness and then cook them to avoid being too salty and affecting the taste.
