Lard Residue
1.
A large piece of lard, slowly cut it into small pieces
2.
Put it in a wok, simmer on low heat
3.
When a little fat is boiled out of the non-stick pan, cover the pot and simmer, so that the oil will come out faster
4.
When there is a little more fat, the fat will float, and you can take it out when you watch the fat turn slightly yellow
5.
Pour out the oil and let cool
6.
Sprinkle some salt on the oil residue while it is hot
Tips:
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt on the pan and mix well. It's super delicious, and some people like to sprinkle some sugar, just feel free.
