Large Fruit Yogurt

Milk with bacteria powder, white sugar, put into yogurt machine, ferment for more than 8 hours, proper extension of fermentation time in winter

The fermented yogurt is passivated in the refrigerator for 24 hours

Peel the peaches and cut into small pieces

Put it into the pot, add rock sugar, add water, and cook on medium heat. After boiling, turn to low heat. After the peaches are softened, turn to medium heat, stirring from time to time.

Boil until you feel obvious resistance when stirring, add lemon juice

Simmer on low heat for 3 minutes until it becomes viscous, turn off the heat, and mix the yogurt with the boiled peach cubes
Tips:
Add some lemon juice to enhance the flavor, or leave it alone; you can make more yogurt at a time, put it in the refrigerator and take it as soon as you use it
