Large Plate Chicken

Ingredients: 450g chicken, 2 potatoes, 1 big green pepper, 1/4 onion, 100ml beer, 10g bean paste, a little pepper, a little star anise, ginger, garlic, oil, and a little sugar.

Wash the chicken and cut into small pieces. Wash potatoes, onions, and green peppers separately and cut into hob pieces. Set aside.

Pour oil in the pot and heat it up.

Add ginger, garlic, star anise and pepper to fragrant.

Add bean paste and sauté until fragrant.

Pour the chicken nuggets and stir-fry until the color changes.

Pour the beer and bring to a boil.
