Large Plate Chicken

1. Ingredients: 450g chicken, 2 potatoes, 1 big green pepper, 1/4 onion, 100ml beer, 10g bean paste, a little pepper, a little star anise, ginger, garlic, oil, and a little sugar.

2. Wash the chicken and cut into small pieces. Wash potatoes, onions, and green peppers separately and cut into hob pieces. Set aside.

3. Pour oil in the pot and heat it up.

4. Add ginger, garlic, star anise and pepper to fragrant.

5. Add bean paste and sauté until fragrant.

6. Pour the chicken nuggets and stir-fry until the color changes.

7. Add sugar color and stir-fry evenly.

8. Pour the beer and bring to a boil.

10. Put it in the pressure cooker steamer.

11. Cover the lid, place the pressure limiting valve, turn to medium heat and steam for about 20 minutes after the high heat is increased.

12. After the air pressure is exhausted, remove the cover.

13. Pour into a pot, bring to a boil, add potatoes, and cook until the potatoes are soft and cooked.

14. Pour in onions and green peppers and stir fry continuously.
