Large-plate chicken and lamb skewers seem to be the favorite Xinjiang cuisine! During the years in Xinjiang, the food there was deeply attracted to me, and now I will be full of aftertastes every time I think about it; after graduating, we left there! In the year of marriage, many Xinjiang friends invited him and I returned to Urumqi to get together with everyone. In just three days, my friends took me and him to revisit Xinjiang cuisine again, including large-plate chicken, mutton skewers, kavas, roasted whole lamb, Wusu beer, dry-stir-fried noodles, and various flavors of noodles. ......
It's been years since I left there, and the food there is still fresh in my memory. Today, I made a large plate of chicken that belongs to my style based on my memory. Of course, the noodles are indispensable. I know that there is no deliciousness there, but my heart still makes my husband very happy to eat! "
