Large Wontons with Lemon Sauce

Prepare the pork and wonton wrappers and lemon sauce.

Add the lemon sauce to the seasoning and mix until the meat fills the flavor.

Wrap the minced meat in the wonton wrapper.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. When the wontons are about to be cooked, blanch the greens.
5.
Make another base soup according to personal preference.
6.
Put the cooked wontons into a bowl.
Tips:
You can add a little salad oil or fine salt when cooking wontons, so that the cooked wonton skins will be smoother.
