Lazy Bibimbap
1.
Prepare the ingredients, wash and set aside.
2.
Cut the carrots and potatoes into shreds, tear the broccoli and enoki mushrooms into small flowers, and cut the southern sausage into slices.
3.
Blanch the spinach, enoki mushrooms, and broccoli in hot water and then cool them for later use.
4.
Sausage, shredded carrots, and shredded potatoes are stir-fried with a little oil and set aside.
5.
Brush the bottom and sides of the pot with a little olive oil, and spread the steamed rice evenly on the bottom of the pot.
6.
Place the blanched vegetables on top of the rice in a fan shape.
7.
Put it on a gas stove and simmer for five minutes. When you hear a sizzling sound and smell a little bit of charred rice, you can turn off the heat and simmer for two minutes.
8.
The sauce can be prepared during the stuffing process. There is no Korean chili sauce at home, so I used Limin chili sauce and tomato sauce to mix together and stir instead. The taste is also good. The family likes to eat mushroom sauce, you can also put some. Spicy cabbage is ready.
9.
After out of the pot, pour the prepared sauce and spicy cabbage into the pot and stir, and the delicious bibimbap is ready to eat~~
Tips:
1. The oil brushed on the bottom of the pot can be peanut oil or corn oil, as long as you like it.
2. Carrots and potato shreds can also be boiled, but I have tried it before, and my family feels that it is better to stir fry with a little oil. Not so much water.
3. I put in two pieces of braised pork ribs left over from last night and it tastes great.
4. I made this for two people. You can increase or decrease the weight according to the number of people, but it is best not to put too thick rice at one time, otherwise there will be no burnt taste.
5. The sauce can be increased or decreased according to personal preference.
