Lazy Braised Pork Rice

Soak the mushrooms in advance, wash them when they are semi-soft, and change the water. The water behind can be used to cook the meat.

Prepare a few eggs, wash them, and start boiling the eggs in a pot under cold water. I cooked the eggs for braised pork together with the eggs used elsewhere. After the water boils, boil it for about five minutes.

For braised pork, it’s best to buy this kind of pork belly, one layer of fat and one layer of lean meat, so that it tastes delicious. Scrape the skin with a knife, then wash it, and let it dry.

Pour in the right amount of water, without the ingredients, add 10 grams of rock sugar, 10 grams of salt, a spoonful of light soy sauce and a spoonful of dark soy sauce. Salt, light soy sauce and rock sugar are seasoned, this one depends on the amount of your ingredients. Soy sauce is colored, too much will make it dark. Normal cooking procedure. The meat after a procedure is more elastic, if you like to eat soft and rotten, add another cooking procedure, it will almost melt in your mouth.

The gravy is ready and the rice is cooked. Boil a pot of clean water, add some oil and salt after the water is boiled, and blanch a little broccoli.

Put a bowl of rice upside down on the plate, cut a few slices of marinated meat, cut a marinated egg, sandwich a few mushrooms, garnish with broccoli, pour a spoonful of marinated meat juice, and eat the plate lightly.

Tips:
1. Dried shiitake mushrooms should be soaked in advance, and the water in the middle should be changed several times. The water in the last time can be used to cook the meat. If the mushrooms are thick, it is best to cut them with a cross knife or cubes.
2. Five layers of meat must be used to make braised pork, one layer of fat and one layer of lean meat, too thick fat will be a little greasy.
3. The meat after a cooking program is more qualitative. If you like to eat soft and rotten meat that melts in your mouth, add another cooking program.
