Lazy Cat Toast

Put all the ingredients except the butter into the bread bucket, set the kneading program, and start

Add butter after 20 minutes and start the dough mixing program again

After kneading the dough, take out the dough and divide it into two equal parts. Add cocoa powder to one part and knead it by hand. Put the two-color dough into the bread bucket and separate it with oil paper for basic fermentation.

Take out the dough and vent. Divide the original dough into 9 portions, and the cocoa dough into 10 portions. Round and relax for 15 minutes

Place 6 plain dough as shown

Place 6 cocoa dough on the second layer as shown in the figure

Place the remaining 4 cocoa dough on the third layer

There are 3 original doughs left, two of which are used for the cat’s body, and the other is for the cat’s ears and tail, and rounded to make the cat’s head.

Tips:
1. Due to the different water absorption of flour, the amount of liquid in the formula may be increased or decreased as appropriate
2. After the toast box is put in the oven, observe the state of coloring. After the lazy cat is colored, you need to cover it with tin foil to avoid too dark or burnt.
