Lazy Electric Pressure Cooker Tremella Soup
1.
Foaming is a critical step. Some said to use cold water for soaking, and some said to use warm water for soaking. After several tests, the conclusion is: as long as the foaming time is sufficient, the cold water and the warm water are the same. Soak the white fungus after getting up in the morning; when coming back from get off work in the evening, cut off the yellow pedicle and tear it into small pieces (pictured below).
2.
I added dried lotus seeds and dried lilies in this step and continued to soak for two hours.
3.
Turn it to the "Beans/Tendron" file, and the "standard" flavor is fine. If there is no such gear, just choose a gear with similar firepower.
4.
Wake up in the morning, add red dates and wolfberry, adjust to "porridge" and "fresh fragrance" flavors, and then wash. Add dates and wolfberries in this step, one is not to boil the dates and wolfberries to affect the taste; the other is to warm the soup.
5.
In fact, this lazy white fungus soup mainly uses leftover time. Increase the foaming time (foaming for a long time, it will naturally boil thick), the electric pressure cooker has its own program, no need to stare at the pot, and the two programs also increase the strength of the stewing. You can eat it in the morning, or take it away, or put it in the refrigerator at night to make a cold drink.
Tips:
There is no strategy, just tear it into small pieces and clean the yellow pedicles. I personally did not add the rock sugar part, you can add it in the step of adding red dates and wolfberry.
