Suddenly want to eat hot pot. I searched the refrigerator at home. Although there are no vegetables, I still ate very happily.

Lazy Hot Pot

1. Cabbage slices

2. White radish peeled and sliced

3. Peel and slice potatoes

4. Enoki mushrooms, cut into small strands

5. Sliced Ham

6. Fine bamboo shoots cut into sections

7. Add vegetable oil to the pot, add green onion and sliced ginger and sauté until fragrant

8. Add hot pot bottom ingredients

9. Pour in some water, add oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, rice wine, chicken juice, salt and sugar to boil

10. Add cabbage slices and cook for 1 minute

11. Transfer to a small pot, add radish slices, potato slices, enoki mushrooms, ham, bamboo shoots and fat beef and cook.
