Lazy Hot Pot

Cabbage slices.

Peel and slice white radish.

Peel and slice potatoes.
4.
Cut the enoki mushrooms into small strands.

Sliced ham sausage.

Cut fine bamboo shoots into sections.

Add vegetable oil to the pot, add scallions and sliced ginger and sauté until fragrant.

Add the hot pot bottom material.

Pour in an appropriate amount of water, add oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, rice wine, chicken juice, salt and sugar to a boil.

Add the cabbage and cook for 1 minute.
