Lazy Microwave Scallion Clams

Put 300g clams into a bowl, add 10g salt, 1000ml water, 3g edible oil, stir well, soak and spit for 2 hours

Take out the clams and wash them with clean water, put them in a plate, and heat them in a microwave oven on high heat for 3-5 minutes until they are all open

Shallots, chopped green onions, shredded ginger and dried chilies, sprinkle evenly on the clams

Top with 20ml steamed fish soy sauce

Pour 20g of edible oil into the bowl, put it in the microwave and heat it on high heat for about 2 minutes, take it out and pour it on the clams evenly
