Lazy People Out of A Pot
1.
Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces with a hob, cut the corn into pieces, and cut the beans in the middle.
2.
Rinse the bones in a pot of cold water several times, and the water volume is basically no more than the bones. Bring the fire to a boil and remove it for later use.
3.
Heat the pan with oil, shovel the garlic twice, add the bones and stir fry. Stir fry until the meat is slightly tightened on the bones, and then add about a tablespoon of soy sauce and soy sauce that can slightly change the color of the meat. Continue to stir fry for 2 minutes. Add potatoes and beans and continue to fry until the surface of the beans changes color.
4.
Add clean water to the side of the pot until most of the dishes are covered (not necessarily completely submerged), cover and cook on high heat for 10 minutes.
5.
Add corn, reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes, turning once in the middle. Taste the taste to see if you need to add salt, and poke the ingredients with chopsticks. Generally speaking, the meat can become very soft at this time, and the potatoes are still a little hard.
6.
If there is still soup after ten minutes, you need to collect the juice. If you put less water, you should watch it so that you don't stick to it. It can be out of the pot without obvious soup.
Tips:
I prefer to chew on bones, so I chose the spine. Generally speaking, any bones are fine.
It is best to choose potatoes with a lot of flour, which will be very delicious when cooked.
The snap beans that I used to eat in the Northeast were big lentils, stewed so badly, and super delicious. It's a pity that I haven't seen the vegetable market here.
If you have time to wait, you can extend the simmering time for another 10-20 minutes. The more simmered the better, the more water you need to add, but the simmering time does not consume too much water.
Also, it is best not to use too dark soy sauce, I feel that I put too much soy sauce, it looks dark and unsightly.
If you like spicy food, you can add some chili, but I prefer the original taste of the Northeast.
The picture has water vapor, which is not very good, please bear with it
