Lazy Quick Fritters

1 kg of flour, 1 bag of dough stick leavening agent (you can operate according to the instructions on the leavening agent), about 350g warm water (different water absorption of different flour), sugar spoon (additional discretion), salad oil (additional 25g discretion) .

Add the above ingredients to the flour and stir evenly with chopsticks.

Knead into a moist dough.

After a while, knead the dough again until the dough is smooth.

Make the noodles (no need to knead), pat them with your hands (you can apply oil by hand or sprinkle the thin noodles less) in a rectangular shape. In case there is a laminating film again, roll out the noodles and cut them into small strips.

Press the two overlapping pieces in the middle with chopsticks.

I divided the original agent into two sections (otherwise it would be too long). When the oil temperature is 70% to 80% hot, I fry both ends by hand.
