Lazy Salt and Pepper Mushrooms

Tear 2 finger wide strips of mushrooms, clean them, and squeeze out the water.

Two spoons each of flour and starch, a little salt, a little pepper powder, a little seasoning powder (Nande, Shibaxiang...), eggs.

Add a little oil and a little water to make a paste (slightly thick).
4.
Pour in the mushrooms and mix well so that each mushroom is covered with batter.
5.
There is plenty of oil in the pot and fry until golden and remove.
