Lazy Spicy Rice Noodles

All ingredients are ready.

Wash the rice noodles and boil for 2 minutes in a pot.

Put the softened rice noodles into a bowl.

Heat the wok and pour oil, add green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Add two spoons of chili sauce and two spoons of Laoganma tempeh and sauté until fragrant.

Add a bowl of chicken broth, then add a third bowl of water and bring to a boil.

Tips:
1. If you like hot and sour taste, you can add some vinegar.
