Lazy Steamed Pork Ribs
1.
Wash the ribs to remove the moisture, and slice the lean meat to a thickness of about 2-3mm. It does not need to be too thin, because the steamed meat is very tender and soft.
2.
Add a little bit of cornstarch and mix first to make the meat more tender; then add a pack of steamed meat powder bought by a certain treasure (I used Jianghua brand, not for advertising, because this slightly spicy suits me), about 220g a Pack, 1/3 bowl of water, and mix well; one pack of powder is suitable for 300-350g meat, this time I made 300g meat, which is a bit salty.
3.
Put the plate in the steamer and boil for 15 minutes. I put it on the top of the rice cooker and cook it with the rice. I always choose a time-saving approach.
4.
Just put a little green onion out of the pot, and steam the meat for 15 minutes to fry a small green vegetable, so that the meal for two people with one table and two dishes after get off work is completed. The taste is slightly spicy and soft, but it is easy to get greasy. It is recommended to make a clear soup if you have time.
