Lazy Version Braised Pork Ribs

Soak the ribs for 20 minutes, rinse, pour the bleeding water, then put three slices of ginger in a pot under cold water to remove the smell, boil the bleeding foam on high heat, put aside the foam, remove the ribs, and use the broth.
