Lazy Version of Cured Meat Claypot Rice

Wash the fragrant rice, soak it in clean water for half an hour, put it in a pressure cooker, add water higher than the surface of the fragrant rice to 1/2 of the first joint of the index finger, and press the fine cooking button

After the rice is cooked, remove the pressure and open the lid to cover the sliced sausage and ginger

Quickly cover the pot tightly and continue to simmer for 10 minutes with the heat

While waiting, boil an appropriate amount of water in the pot. After the water is boiled, add the small rapeseed and blanch for 1 minute, remove and drain.
