Now there are ready-made mapo sauces, which are very convenient to make. This mapo sauce is fragrant, numb and spicy, but only slightly spicy. The taste is just right for southerners like us. You can eat two bowls of rice with the soup.

Ingredients

Lazy Version of Mapo Tofu

1. 300 grams of lactone tofu, cut the tofu into small pieces.

2. Cut a few small openings at the four corners of the box for easy shelling.

3. Blanch it with hot water and soak for 2 minutes to get rid of a little beany smell.

4. Heat oil in a pot and add 2 spoons of mapo sauce.

5. Stir fry for a while until the red oil comes out.

6. Pour in an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil on high heat.

7. Put the prepared tofu into it and cook for about 3-4 minutes until it tastes good.

8. Prepare a small bowl of water, add 1 scoop of starch, stir well and set aside.

9. After the tofu is boiled to taste, add it to thicken it.
