Lazy Version of Taiwan Soul Snack-chicken Wings Wrapped Rice

Deboning the roots of chicken wings: Use scissors to close the bones and slowly cut down to separate the bones and flesh, cut off the joints, and remove the bones.

Remove the bones from the chicken wings: there are two bones in the chicken wings. First use scissors to cut the connecting point of the two bones, twist and pull out the thinner bones, and then use the scissors to close the thicker bones and slowly cut down, cut off the joints and remove them.

Put the boneless chicken wings into a bowl, add 30g of New Orleans marinade, 5g of starch, appropriate amount of water, marinate for 2 hours

Fill the fried rice with chicken wings until 2/3 full, and seal with a toothpick

Place the chicken wings on the grill, bake them in a preheated 200°C oven for about 15 minutes, and take them out. Brush the surface with honey. Place them in the oven again and bake them for about 10 minutes until they are ruddy in color.
