Knife-cut noodles are bought in supermarkets, because we don't know how to make Lanzhou ramen and we can only buy semi-finished products and cook them. Paired with some lean meats and vegetables, it's also delicious! Cantonese people eat light noodles. Such light noodles are very common on Cantonese tables. Usually in summer, or when the body is uncomfortable, we will cook such noodles to eat, which is easy to digest, not fatty, convenient and easy to eat~

Lean Meat and Chopped Noodles

1. Ingredients, sliced noodles.

2. Ingredients, cabbage heart.

3. Ingredients, lean meat slices, seasoned with appropriate amount of oil, salt, sugar, soy flour and soy sauce.

4. After boiling the water, below.

5. Cover the pan and cook for about 5 minutes.

6. Pick up the cold river.

7. Drain the water and set aside.

8. Add the choy sum after boiling water.

9. Add an appropriate amount of peanut oil.

Tips:

The noodles must be treated with water, then passed over the cold river, and then re-cooked, so that it will not make a living!
